Grand Rapids and Itasca County are thriving places to live and work, which is why Whitney Kucza and her husband, Chad, chose to call it home and raise their family. With roots in the Twins Cities, Whitney came to Grand Rapids officially in 2017 after vacationing multiple times throughout the years to the area. In eight years Whitney and her husband have personally bought and sold five homes but have finally found their dream home in the area. Through this process it has given her first hand experience and understanding in the aspects that go into buying and selling homes.
