I began my real estate career in the Twin Cities back in 1988, and have since expanded my waterfront specialization to nearly all reaches of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. To offer the best possible guidance and results to lakeshore buyers and sellers, I've combined my 30 years in waterfront real estate with a team of lake experts across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. From my early days in real estate, I recognized how difficult it was for buyers to sort through the various waterfront markets around the state, and then the hundreds of lakes and lake properties in each region. I realized that a true waterfront specialist -- someone who understood how to help these buyers best -- could be a huge benefit to them in saving both time and money, and I began to focus my efforts on becoming that expert. As more waterfront buyers began to contact me about helping them find just the right lake property, my wife, Sandy, decided to join me, and from there we grew our specialized business into Lakehomes.com Realty. For more than two decades as a waterfront specialist, I've sold hundreds of lake homes, lots, resorts and cabins from the southern reaches of Minnesota to the Canadian Border...and into Wisconsin. Because of my many years of experience over such a large geographic area, I work hard to act as a true consultant to lakeshore buyers and sellers in nearly any waterfront market, and give as much direction as possible in each situation.
